Dave has more than 22 years of banking, microfinance, corporate and executive management experience. He is well known in the Pan African business space for founding MyBucks, a fintech company operating in 13 countries in Africa, Europe and Australia.
Dave began his microfinance career in 1997 at Unity Financial Services (later African Bank), rising to Operational Director. He then founded and served as CEO of Blue Financial Services until 2009. Since 2010, he has operated as a private consultant, advising financial institutions on strategy, growth, and capital raising.
